Easter 2018! He is truly risen!
God gives us the blessing and grace to celebrate yet again the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus and the Promise of Eternal Life He offers to all who call upon Him in faith.
As I celebrate Easter Mass for yet another year of my Priesthood, I recall with devotion those who have gone before us in death who rejoice in the reality of the Eternal Bliss the Lord Jesus has promised those who entrust ourselves to his Mercy and Forgiveness.
Theirs is a joy beyond comprehension as they live in the Divine Presence forever.
With utmost sincere and humble gratitude, let us proclaim that Jesus is truly Risen, that He is the Way to Salvation, and that Our Heavenly Father will spare nothing, not even His Only Begotten Son, to assure our redemption.
Dear Holy Spirit, please protect and guide the Church entrusted to You. Keep her vigilant and strong in announcing the Good News of the Lord Jesus in our time and for generations yet to come.
A Blessed and Happy Easter to all this year and always.
Tomorrow, I will return to posting my daily articles which I pray are always understood to be efforts at observing the Church honestly and asking the Lord to bless it with fearless followers and noble, able leaders.
